If you don’t have time to get to the gym, let Personal Balance bring the gym to you. I can deliver a personal training session at your home, as regularly as you like or from a Personal Training Facility in Abingdon. It isn’t scary. You don’t have to be an athlete. You tell me what you want to achieve, and I will design and deliver a training programme that suits you perfectly.
