Getting your body back in balance after having a baby can be a daunting time. I know, I've been there with my 2 little monkeys. Finding the time for you is also challenging. That's where Personal Balance can help.
All post natal training programmes start with a full mummy health check, including a tummy check, post natal health questionnaire and nutrition. Whether you opt for 1 to 1 or small group training, all sessions will include muscle release work, healing nutritional guide, core restoration work, fat burning and a relaxation element. With weekly progressions taken at your pace, we aim to make you stronger and fitter, both mentally and physically, better for you and better for your baby.
Mumma Balance 1 to 1
We offer bespoke 1 to 1 Mumma Balance sessions where you will be taken through a personalised plan for getting your body back to where you want it to be. This will focus on healthy eating, safe and effective functional exercises, core restoration and time for you to relax and get your balance back.
Mumma Balance Group
If 1 to 1 sessions are not for you, we also offer a 6 week bespoke Mumma Balance course. Working with you in a small group setting, we work on restoring, repairing and relaxing; essentially, putting you back together. Courses can be arranged either indoors or outdoors in a park, where baby can come too and get some fresh air...or sleep!

You will need to be at least 8 weeks post natal and have the all clear from your GP to exercise. An abdominal check will need to be done prior to starting any sessions, to ensure you are joining at the right stage of recovery for yourself.
